Rebecca Jackson helps board-governed organizations strengthen governance, leadership, and the conditions for high performance.
As a former municipal Chief of Staff and Chief Performance Officer, she understands the work of connecting board priorities to organizational decisions and everyday execution.
Her approach draws on direct operating experience and consulting with governing boards and leadership teams to clarify direction, develop leaders, and build practical systems that support sustained performance.
Rebecca also serves as an adjunct instructor with the UNC School of Government, teaching leadership, supervision, and organizational performance.
Clients work directly with Rebecca throughout each engagement, benefiting from executive-level judgment and hands-on support to move their organization forward.
